Method of use
1. The product is compatible with self-hardening furan resin
According to the difference of temperature, humidity and sand temperature, different types of curing agent are selected to obtain satisfactory curing effect
2.Formula ratio
Resin sand: resin: curing agent =100:2:1(slightly lower in actual use)
3.Sand Mixing
First add the curing agent into the raw sand and mix for 30-60 seconds. Then add the resin and mix for 30-60 seconds
4. After sand mixing, please immediately shape or core to avoid resin failure.

Packaging and storage

1. Airtight packing in plastic drums, net weight 1000kg
2. Store in a cool and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight and avoid open fire
3. Direct mixing with resin is strictly prohibited to avoid explosion accidents
4. Wear labor insurance products when using. In case of accidental contact with the body, wash with clean water immediately and accept medical treatment when necessary
