Usage of furan resin :


1.The ratio of


Resin sand: resin: curing agent =100:2:1(slightly lower in actual use)


2. The sand


First, add the curing agent into the raw sand, mix for 30-60 seconds, then add the resin and mix for 30-60 seconds


3. After sand mixing, please shape or core immediately to avoid resin failure


Packaging and storage

Sealed plastic drum of net weight of 1 ton should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.Resin can not be directly mixed with acidic materials such as curing agent, or it will cause violent reaction and cause accidents.
