Ferro silicon magnesium alloy (Nodulizer) is remelting alloy composed of rare earth, magnesium, silicon and calcium. It is an excellent nodulizer with strong effect of deoxidation and desulfurization. Ferrosilicon, Ce+La mish metal or rare earth ferrosilicon and magnesium are the main raw materials of nodulizer. The production of nodulizer is performed in submerged arc furnace, medium frequency furnace can also be used.
