 Description 

Chrome has the characteristics of hardness, wear-resisting, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, which has been widely used in metallurgical industry, refractories and chemical industries. 

Ferro Chrome is mainly used as alloy additive for steel making.

High carbon ferro chrome is mainly used in stainless steel production, of which 200 series stainless steel is about 16%, 300 series stainless steel is about 25%, 400 series stainless steel has chromium content of about 14%. The 300 - line stainless steel is also the largest proportion of stainless steel production.

  

1 .used as alloy agent for high-carbon ball steel, tool steel and high speed steel to improve the hardenability of steel and increase the wear resistance and hardness of steel. 

2 . used as the additive of cast iron to improve the abrasion resistance and hardness of cast iron, while making cast iron has good heat resistance.

3 . used as the non-slag method to produce chromium alloy with medium, low, micro carbon ferrochrome.Chrome-containing raw materials for producing metal chromium by electrolysis; Used as the raw material for smelting stainless steel.
